IF SOMETHING DIDN'T FIT
  • If you have concerns about the quality of an item or have questions about returns, simply write to hello@hronika.co. Please include your order number, describe the situation, and if there's a defect, attach photos.
  • We typically respond within 3 business days and will send instructions.
  • Your request will be processed within three business days. We will send all necessary documents for the return and explain how to proceed.


RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY
We will accept returns if:
  • the item has not been used;
  • the marketable condition is preserved: no signs of use, with original packaging, tags, and labels;
  • no more than 7 calendar days have passed since receipt.
Important: Please handle items with care.
If the packaging or appearance is compromised, the item cannot be returned.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.


IF THE ITEM HAS A DEFECT
You can return the item if:
  • it is faulty or does not match the description;
  • no more than 14 calendar days have passed since receipt.
Important: if it turns out that the damage occurred due to improper storage, care, or careless handling, we will not be able to accept the return.

Each vintage item is unique and may bear traces of time—we honestly indicate these in the description. If such characteristics were noted, returns are not provided.

USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF DISTANCE SALE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Chuvachko Anna Sergeevna (INN 761026612455, OGRN 322784700093321), hereinafter — the “Seller,” and the individual placing an order on the website hronika.co/en, hereinafter — the “Buyer.”
1.2. The website hronika.co/en is an online store offering goods available for remote purchase, along with terms for purchase, payment, delivery, and returns.
1.3. The Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer's placement of an order is considered an acceptance of the offer.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Agreement without prior notice; the new version becomes effective upon publication on the website.


2. WEBSITE USAGE TERMS
2.1. The Buyer undertakes to use the Website in good faith, without violating the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.2. It is prohibited to use automated scripts, copy materials without consent, or disrupt the website's operation and security.
2.3. All website materials (photos, texts, graphics) are the intellectual property of the Seller.
2.4. By placing an order or subscribing, the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.


3. SALES TERMS
3.1. Prices are indicated in Russian Rubles and are current at the time of order.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the price before an order is placed; once an order is placed, the price will not change.
3.3. If an item is out of stock, the order will be cancelled and funds will be refunded.
3.4. Vintage items are unique and may show signs of age, which will be noted in the product description.
3.5. The Buyer acknowledges reviewing the description and condition of vintage items and accepts their unique characteristics, waiving any claims regarding them.
3.6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse service to Buyers exhibiting dishonest behavior, including unjustified returns and aggression.


4. PAYMENT
4.1. Payment is accepted in USD via the methods specified on the website.
4.2. In the event of a pricing error before payment, the order will be cancelled with notification. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued.


5. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
5.1. Delivery is handled by third-party transport companies according to their terms.
5.2. The moment of transfer of goods to the Buyer is considered the moment of receipt, confirmed by signature, SMS code, or other means.
5.3. Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the packaging; any damage must be documented with an act and photos, otherwise the goods are considered accepted in proper condition.
5.4. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of transport companies but will assist in resolving claims.


6. RETURNS
6.1. Returns of goods in proper condition are possible within 7 days, provided the marketable appearance, packaging, and receipt are preserved.
6.2. Vintage items are not subject to return if their specific characteristics are indicated in the description.
6.3. Returns of defective goods are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation; photo or video documentation of defects is required.
6.4. Refusal of return is possible if there are signs of use, contamination, damage, or missing packaging.
6.5. Refunds are processed by the same method within 14 business days.


7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The Seller, as the personal data operator, processes data in accordance with Federal Law 152-FZ.
7.2. Processing includes collection, storage, transfer to delivery services and payment operators, anonymization, and deletion.

8. LIABILITY
8.1. The Seller is not liable for:
— actions of delivery services and payment systems;
— technical failures of the website;
— losses caused by the Buyer's violation of the terms.
8.2. The Seller is liable within the limits of Russian Federation law.


9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. Claims are sent to hello@hronika.co, with a review period of 30 business days.
9.2. If resolution is not possible, the dispute is referred to the court at the Seller's location or another court, if provided by law.
