A hand-painted ceramic plate featuring a decorative bundle of white and purple asparagus at its center. More than just a serving dish, it's a graphic composition that evokes the gastronomic botany and culinary aesthetics of the last century.
The two-compartment design was originally intended for serving a main course and a side, but today, such a plate begs to be hung on a wall alongside posters from 1960s cookbooks. Especially when paired with the platter and gravy boat from the same series.

• as an unusual plate for dinners à deux (main course and side dish)
