A ceramic plate, hand-painted with a decorative bundle of white and lilac asparagus at its centre. More than just a serving dish, it is a graphic composition, evoking the gastronomic botany and culinary aesthetics of the last century.
The two-compartment form was originally designed for serving a main course with a side, but today, such a plate begs to be hung on a wall alongside posters from 1960s cookbooks. Especially paired with the platter and gravy boat from the same series.

• for seasonal serving – green beans, asparagus, potatoes
• as an unusual plate for dinners à deux (main and side)
• as a decorative wall plate – singly or in a composition
