In your email, please include your order number, attach the receipt, and provide a detailed description of the product issue, along with photos of the defect.
— Your request will be processed within three business days. We will send you all necessary documents for the return and guide you through the next steps.
Conditions for returning goods of proper quality
— The item has not been used.
— The item's marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved: there are no signs of use on the item, the original packaging is undamaged, and all tags and labels are intact.
— No more than 7 (seven) calendar days have passed since receiving the item.
HANDLE THE ITEM WITH CARE: IF THE PRODUCT'S COMMERCIAL APPEARANCE IS COMPROMISED, THE ONLINE STORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN. COURIER CALL-OUT AND TRANSPORT COMPANY EXPENSES ARE AT THE BUYER'S COST.

Conditions for returning an item of inadequate quality
