Created in the 1970s and crafted entirely from Murano glass, this bowl boasts iridescent* reflections that lend it a unique charm.
Its oval form adds softness, while its Italian origin evokes the renowned craftsmanship and traditions of Murano glassblowers.
This art object not only serves a practical function but also embodies the beauty of blown glass, creating harmony between utility and aesthetics.

*Iridescent pigment is a pigment with optically variable properties; it appears transparent when viewed directly, but acquires colour with a transparent, pearlescent sheen when viewed at an acute angle.

About Murano Glass:
Famous glass made on the island of Murano, located in Venice, Italy. The history of Murano glass production spans over a thousand years, beginning in 1291 when Venetian glassblowers were relocated to the island to prevent fires in the city and preserve production secrets.

Murano glass is renowned for its quality, intricate techniques, and masterful execution. Its creation involves a blend of traditional methods, such as glassblowing and working with colored glass, alongside innovative approaches that impart unique effects like iridescence and layering.

Each Murano glass piece is a work of art that carries the history and cultural heritage of the region.

Hronika: vintage collection features only those items that have retained their aesthetic appeal and can become a beautiful detail in any space. Nevertheless, please note that even perfect items may bear traces of time.

If the item's characteristics were specified in advance on the product card, they are not considered defects or flaws.

Most vintage items have been previously used. Therefore, it is virtually impossible to determine if an item has been used after purchase—even with expert examination. We ask that you consider this when placing an order: returns for vintage items are not provided.

Before purchasing, you will have the opportunity to carefully inspect the item—either at the pick-up point or upon delivery by courier. If something is not suitable, you can decline the purchase on the spot. In this case, the buyer pays for the return shipping.
If you have accepted the parcel, it means that the item has captured your heart and you have decided to keep it.
